Welcome to Apogee Technical Support.
Apogee is dedicated to our customers, which is evident through our superior technical support and quality assurance. Many questions can be answered through our website by downloading instruction manuals and other documentation from the Alta®/Ascent® Documentation page. An archive of supporting documents of older systems can also be found on the AP/KX Archive page. Apogee is continually improving its products, which is why keeping current with the latest drivers and software from the Drivers & Downloads page will ensure your equipment will perform at its best.
When you need technical support, the process usually works like this:
- Upon first discovering a problem or question please email (preferred) or call our customer support department. The most common problems arise from computer configuration or compatibility issues which are usually easily resolved.
- If the problem is determined to be a faulty component, and you are comfortable with replacing it, we'll send out instructions and all needed parts.
- If a problem cannot be resolved remotely, we may issue a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number and ask you to return the unit. Please obtain an RMA number before returning any equipment for service.
- Depending on the circumstances, Apogee has visited customers to personally debug the issue. We want to ensure that you have the best possible service.
Apogee Imaging Systems is dedicated to solving problems and getting you back up and running as soon as possible, whatever it takes.
